The spiritual journey is an individualized, mythological one that comes complete with various tools to help us along the way. To look back over one’s life would be to see how certain events, characters, or ideas, kept aligning in a way that ordained a path specified to those innate talents or skills encoded in the DNA for the expression of God’s purpose. There’s only one story that the world has ever truly known, yet an infinite number of ways for its realization and inevitability to play out. Some call it enlightenment and others call it the awakening or being reborn but all roads lead to the return of spirit into Spirit. Here’s just one perspective of the odyssey from fool to the initiation onto the christed path. Set up as a how-to prospectus, the author invites you to delve into her sometimes weird and convoluted imagination (or genius, as the case may be) with the warning that nothing in here may be truth… yet, all of it just might be. Only you may decide what’s truth.

The process of awakening requires a three-fold method of revelation. The first reveals the incredible depth of a fear-based mentality that unfolds in disassociation, cognitive dissonance, and a mind/body/heart detachment from God. Conscious awareness begins the reconciliation process in the second phase and the third part constitutes the realization and active reunification of a splintered selfhood.

Though written in a compendium form, this isn’t a how-to but an individual prospectus of myth creation. God requires your conscious thought and so the reading has been written in a rather strange configuration with variance in difficulty as if the ebb and flow of tides. It’s also spiraling in order to reformat heart-thought resonance.

Creating Sanctuary

Years ago, back in my mid-twenties, one of my best friends told me my apartment was a sanctuary. It was calm, clean, a place to just be. How many of us can claim we have created our very own sanctuary? Nowadays, my sanctuary isn't my home, in that same sense. Yes, I like coming home, to being surrounded by my things, but it doesn't have the same light and airiness that the above apartment imbued. Today, my sanctuary encompasses three things. First, the mountains. I'm blessed to live in an area that there are at least 50 trails within an hours distance. Every step up the mountain I take, I bemoan the fact that I decided to go hiking that day, but I know when I reach the top, well, it's beyond worth it. Choosing a trail is essential for me. I like variety, difficulty (with much regret at time of hike), and the gorgeous view to be had. The struggle to the top makes the view so much more amazing, peaceful, and welcoming. Subconscious

  I've had different understandings of what the subconscious is over the years. Originally I thought of it as those thoughts and ideas that lay buried within us that motivates us, causing emotional responses or actions from us. When I became knowledgeable of Dolores Cannon's work in Quantum Healing Hypnosis Therapy, the idea of the subconscious became more equated with the Divine Self of the I AM. The first known use of the word was by the English essayist Thomas de Quincey. In his use of the word, it is argued by Markus Iseli that current usage has it confused with the definition we have today of the unconscious. Iseli claims de Quincey uses the word in such a format that indicates “implicit thought, automaticity, implicit perception, and implicit motivation" ( Source ).
