Sweaty yet?

So, I have a theory. For those of us who may be aware of many of the things that have gotten censored on FB and Instagram in recent months in regard to our vaxxed status, some of those significant topics are detrimental to our health. One of those topics revolved around the menstrual cycle. Now, wait guys! I won't stay on this topic for long but it's part of the theory, so please hear me out. Back in late February or early March, a doctor (I don't remember who) had asked the question of women - have menstrual cycles changed since the vax came out? (After 10's of 1,000's of responses, Instagram took her post down. Thousands of non-vaxxed women also responded with similar stories) I won't go into my own story or those stories I've read for any men reading this but I will note a few items: Early menopause began for many women in the Fall of 2020, many in their early 40's. (This has not been looked into by doctors that I'm aware of, I've just bee...

Butterfly Effect

Image
When The Butterfly Effect came out in 2004 with Ashton Kutcher, it was at that time that the theory of the Butterfly Effect was introduced to most of us in the Western Hemisphere, or at least visualized our understanding of the concept. Simply put, it is the idea that the mere flapping of a butterfly's wings can create massive waves of change in future events, like weather patterns. Chaos Theory , or the basis for the Butterfly Effect, states that dramatic events can actually have a wide range of outcomes, depending on the variables introduced within the initial phases of the event. The irony of this theory is based on the idea that chaos is prevalent in events, yet, if we could input every little possibility or fly-by event, patterns would emerge and life, in general, could be absolutely predictive. In recent years, a new theory has emerged that pairs this concept with time travel, that of the Mandela Effect . This theory was first presented when large amounts of the populatio...

Grounding

Image
Lately, I've been feeling the need to really ground myself. I haven't been doing the best of jobs. Well, unless you count the extra poundage I've been adding to my frame as I continue to engulf food every few hours past the "I've had enough" phase. It is getting better since I'm aware of it. For my birthday this year, I went to a local energy healer and had LaHoChi performed on me. Every year, I try to do something new and this was one of them. LaHoChi is one of many energy healing modalities that, as the healer said, is more powerful than Reiki. The first thing she did was to evaluate my chakras to see how well they were functioning. It was my lower chakras, particularly the root chakra that was not running at optimum level. She clarified that pretty much everyone that came in there was in the same boat. In other words, we humans have a hard time grounding ourselves, especially those of us on a more spiritual path. For clarification purposes (in case yo...

Habit or Ritual?

Image
How many habits do you have versus rituals that create sacredness in the simplest of routines? As defined by dictionary.com : Habit: an acquired pattern regularly followed until it has become involuntary customary practice or use a particular practice, custom, or usage Ritual: an established or prescribed procedure for a religious or other rite a prescribed or established rite, ceremony, proceeding, or service of or relating to rites or rituals As per the definitions above, when it comes to habits, we think of brushing out teeth, drinking coffee first thing in the morning, going to bed precisely at 9pm, and even the more negative like smoking. But when it comes to rituals, we think solely of religious traditions, right? In a sense rituals are habits created specifically to invoke a spiritual awareness, an awe, a sense of peace that the divine is present. Here's a question for you:  do you believe ALL of life is sacred? Or, how about I rephrase that: do you ...
